A mom on a mission to ignite purpose and passion inside others, Jeimy Arias seeks to help others climb to higher levels of success, without compromising their personal and family lives. A dynamite presenter on the stage, Jeimy is known as an Experience-Maker, Motivational Business and Leadership Coach, and Speaker.

Jeimy brings values-based lessons and motivation to help others step forward as business owners, leaders, parents, and individuals looking to discover their true purpose and make a difference.

As a wife and mom of 2, Jeimy understands that effective leadership starts in your personal life first. That's why she's always taken personal growth and development seriously and why she's proud to be on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team since 2019. This certification allows Jeimy to be mentored daily by some of the most influential and experienced leadership and business experts in the world, such as Dr. John C. Maxwell. As a part of this organization, Jeimy has received exceptional opportunities to coach and speak nationally and internationally and was most recently in the Dominican Republic and Mississippi, and Papua New Guinea where she and the Maxwell Leadership organization coached over 38,000 leaders in both the public and private sectors.

Jeimy has had the pleasure of speaking on Business and Leadership for many impressive organizations, including Budweiser, the DR Police Department, The Rotary Club, the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Thompson CAT to name a few. Though nationally acclaimed, Jeimy holds a passion for helping local businesses grow, supporting the rise of her community's economy, and ultimately seeing families around her enjoying the life they deserve and work so hard for.

It's this passion that elevated Jeimy as the 1st Spanish radio host in the whole country for Business Radio X, a podcast and radio station known nationally. While In her show, she seeks to help local business leaders get the word out about the important work they're doing to serve their market, their community, and their profession.

Jeimy lives in Georgia with her husband Joel and together they are proudly raising their two children Amy and Johan. When she's not busy saving the world, you can find her rolling up her sleeves, eating out with her family, or curled up on the couch enjoying a good movie with her family.

The Leadership Game

The John Maxwell Leadership Game is one of the strongest assessment and evaluation tools a Mentorship Member can use to get your foot in the door and add value to any organization. The Game is a fun, interactive, and edifying way to assess communication, address difficult topics, and identify strengths and weaknesses. Through thought-provoking questions, individual reflection, and ideological debates, any group will understand one another more deeply in order to perform more effectively. This tool will help lead the conversation into how you can work with the organization to improve in their areas of weakness and enhance their strengths.

Through online videos and ongoing support calls you will feel supported and confident to effectively lead any organization through this exercise. This is a great tool for; Executive Boards, C-Teams, small businesses or large businesses. It works with everything from non-profits to real estate offices to large manufacturing. This will benefit any group of people working together on a common goal.
